For thousands of years, yoga has been recognized for its healing and therapeutic benefits. Yoga at everwell is designed to meet the needs of those who would benefit from a gentle approach - integrating body and mind - for a deeper calm and sense of overall well-being.
Our 1 on 1 yoga classes involve a combination of breath work and postures tailored to your specific needs. Choose from 30 minute or 60 minute classes in an intimate and comfortable space.
Small group yoga - Try your first class for free!
Yoga at everwell is tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals in a small, comfortable setting. Classes are gentle and nurturing and will help participants find space in their body and mind without pressure, at their own pace and according to their own abilities.
Every Monday from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. (NOTE: Small group yoga classes will not be offered in July and August - fall yoga details to come. Please stay tuned!)
Class size is limited to only five (5) participants, so sign up early to avoid disappointment. This is a drop-in class (no commitment necessary). You have the option of registering online to secure your space or calling us the day of the class to see if spaces are available.
